Business Answers International (BAINTL)

Client Overview

  • Business model: Recruiting agency (known for plastics; also supports adjacent/other industries when referred).
  • Primary stakeholders: Aaron, Dan.
  • Core platform: Loxo (ATS/CRM + Outreach + enrichment via credits).
  • Primary goal (near-term): Launch highly targeted MPC email campaigns in January 2026 to generate conversations/job orders.
  • Primary goal (long-term): Replace manual/offshore list-building + enrichment with repeatable automation (keep accuracy high).

Operating Definitions (Important)

  • Loxo entity language: Use People when referring to candidates + contacts together.
  • “Contact” = Hiring Manager. Not an all-purpose term (i.e., not “candidate or hiring manager”).
  • Contractor type: Not used (BAINTL does not do temp/contract placements today).
  • Industry taxonomy: Prefer using a sub-industry (not just broad categories like “Chemical”) except when intentionally targeting mega-companies.

Current Focus (from 2025-12-23 call)

  1. Database build-out (contacts/hiring managers):
    • Target: ~100+ hiring manager contacts per industry + hiring function segment.
    • Inputs: LinkedIn (manual), LoxoSource, and Kelsey’s Excel-based imports (bulk).
  2. Data enrichment + classification:
    • Loxo “Self-Updating CRM” is running (enabled 2025-12-18).
    • Observed updates: ~187 records updated since 2025-12-18; audit trail is limited.
    • Next: add a custom AI enrichment/classification layer (waiting on Aaron’s rules/examples).
  3. Campaign execution:
    • Start small + highly targeted to prove results and earn internal buy-in (Dan is more conservative).
